MP Printing & Design, Inc. is a full service commercial printer. We specialize in high quality printing, custom forms design and fast, complete service. Our product line is extensive. Please call us with your projects! Our estimates are free.
Ink Colors: We have all Pantone colors available. However, some colors require an additional charge due to running conditions, pigments, etc. Our regular colors are: Black, Red 185, Reflex Blue, Burgundy 201, Process Blue, Gray 423, Brown 464, Green 355, Hunter Green 341, Teal 320, Silver 877, & Gold 872.
Set-up Charges: Set-up charges are for layout and design of your project. There is no set-up charge if you supply a ready-to-print file. If your file is not ready-to-print or has errors, charges may be incurred to correct the file. You will be notified if there is a problem.
File Submission: In most cases we can work from your project files. We strongly suggest you call BEFORE you start your project. We will be able to save you time and money. Many programs are unable to be used for full color printing. Some are difficult to use even with simple jobs. Our staff is here to assist you with your project and to prevent the loss of time and money due to software problems. Large files are best transferred on our web site below using the File Upload Feature. Call for password to upload your files. We prefer QuarkExpress, Corel, PDF, Tif or Jpg files.
Production Time: Many items are same day or 24 hours after proof. Press printed items are 5 - 7 days after proof.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice.
Terms of Payment: Visa, Master Card and Discover Card accepted. New accounts and custom printed orders require a 50% down payment with the order. The balance is due upon shipment or delivery of the order. Past due credit accounts are subject to a 1.5% per month interest or maximum allowed by law.
Return Policy: Custom orders and special orders cannot be returned unless the item(s) are determined to be defective by MP Printing & Design, Inc. MP Printing & Design, Inc. must be notified of orders damaged in shipment within 7-days of receipt of order. All items returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and be returned within 2-weeks of receipt of the RMA number. Call for an RMA number. If there is visual damage to the shipping container, call it to the attention of the carrier and note it on the Bill of Lading as you sign for delivery. Without noting the damage, insurance may not cover the loss.
